• 1-2-3: Power on, select mode, press start button.
• Shape device closely to the area of treatment (1” or less)
• 30 minutes per day for maximum benefits
• For facial treatments, use the WRINKLES mode.
• Do not use the CONTOUR mode on the face.
• For skin surface wounds, use WRINKLES mode. For deeper muscle injuries, use ACHES & PAIN mode.
